Faye Hinze

Founder

Faye Hinze from Corte Madera, California, is a founder of the Task Force on the Americas. Although our oldest board member, she continues to run circles around the rest of us. Her “peace house” is always open to kindred souls and is where the board usually meets. She was formerly active with prison reform, Peace and Freedom Party, and the Marin Nuclear Free Zone. Faye is a retired high school teacher. With her late husband Lou Hinze, she co-founded Educators for Social Responsibility in Marin County, California.
