Theresa Cameranesi

Theresa Cameranesi from San Francisco is on the national council of the School of the Americas Watch, a leader in the SOAW San Francisco local group, and is on the SOAW legislative working group and on the personnel committee. She is active in theBay Area Latin America Solidarity Coalition. She works with the Mobilization for Family Reunification to assist unaccompanied migrant minors with both practical aid and political advocacy. Having given up her car, she is involved with the San FranciscoTransit Riders Union. Theresa was a Peace Corps volunteer in Paraguay and maintains ties to the social justice movements there. In addition to all of these activist pursuits, Theresa works as a nurse in an ER unit.
