Venezuelan diplomat Alex Saab was recently released from prison in the USA. Saab’s kidnapping in Cape Verde and imprisonment in the USA was an example of US disregard for international law. They went after Saab, a business man and diplomat, because he was effective in helping Venezuela import medicines, foods and other goods despite the illegal US sanctions on Venezuela. Roger Harris, long time member and leader at TFA, was very active in Saab’s defense. Roger wrote countless articles about Saab’s case, participated in key webinars and was a consultant for Saab’s attorneys.  We received the following letter of thanks from Alex Saab.
