Excellent Webinars on Venezuela
Just World Ed and the Task Force on the Americas presented this timely three-part webinar series in early January 2026, in the immediate aftermath of the very violent operation Pres. Trump launched that kidnapped Venezuela’s President and First Lady.
These conversations, co-moderated by TFA’s Roger Harris and JWE’s Helena Cobban, brought together Venezuelans from inside and outside the country, specialists on international law, and leading social-justice and antiwar organizers. They explored U.S. claims about drugs, democracy, and oil; they linked Venezuela to wider struggles from Gaza to Latin America; and they traced how US policy is reshaping the Americas. and the world.
