Gerry Condon is a board member of Task Force on the Americas and former national president of Veterans For Peace. He will talk about his observations witnessing the election in Bilwi on the Caribbean coast where the indigenous and African descendant citizens have substantial autonomy.
Nan McCurdy is a United Methodist missionary who lived in Nicaragua for decades. She is editor of the weekly English language newsletter about Nicaragua, Nica Notes. She will talk about the changes and developments in Nicaragua over the past year.
